Here's my recipe for chocolate avocado mousse, great for vegans and those with lactose intolerance:
2 ripe avocados, the meat scooped out of the shell
3 tablespoons honey (more or less to taste.)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Use a blender to blend the avocados until smooth. Pop in the remainder of the ingredients and blend again until everything is fully combined. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
