I love avocados for their versatility - I use them in salads, desserts and for facials too!
My favourite recipe is delicious guacamole - finely chop a small onion, a red chilli, a clove of garlic and some fresh coriander and add it to a couple of gorgeous ripe summer avocados that have been mashed. Mix with the juice of a lime and hey presto, the most delicious guacamole is ready to serve to friends and family.
I also used avocados to wean baby! They are easy to digest and a great source of vitamin E plus all sorts of other goodies, making them perfect for the job!
Loving the Avocado Brotherhood and especially Avocado week - an excellent excuse to devour even more avocados!
